1. By appraisers of the "Auditing Center "Risks Evaluation" Depreciated Replacement Cost of all fixed capital (Free Market Value of aircraft and engines has been made separately) of the State Unitary Aviation enterprise "Tochikiston", is executed, including:
Runways, taxi ways, aircraft' parking places, aprons, buildings of air terminals, industrial buildings and constructions at the airports of Dushanbe, Hujand, airports and air fields of domestic routes, engineering networks, warehouses, hangars, pavilions, etc., total 348 objects.
The estimation is carried out within the framework of the preparation for modernization and transition to operation by western aircraft.
